License Agreement
What you may do with a product you buy on Stokefy. One license comes with every purchase.
What you get
When you buy a product on Stokefy, you get a license to use it: non-exclusive, worldwide, with no end date, for one person. One price, one license: there are no tiers to choose. If several people will work with the files, each of them needs their own license.
What you can do
- Use the product in your own projects, personal or commercial, and in projects you make for clients.
- Change it, combine it with other work, and adapt it as far as you like.
- Publish and sell what you make with it, an end product such as a website, an app, a print, a video or a post, where the product is part of your work and not the thing on offer.
What you cannot do
- Share, give away, resell or sublicense the files, as they are or changed.
- Offer them, or anything that lets somebody take them out, as part of another template, kit, theme or collection of resources.
- Put them where anybody can download them, such as a public repository or a shared drive.
- Claim them as your own work.
Who owns the files
The product stays the property of its author: Stokefy, or the seller named on its page. The license gives you the right to use it, not the ownership of it.
When the license ends
The license ends if you break it, or if the order is refunded: then you stop using the files and delete them. What you made and published with them before a refund stays yours. Questions about what the license covers go to support@stokefy.com.
