Seller Agreement

Opening a shop

Anybody with a Stokefy account can apply to sell, from the account's Selling tab, with a name for their shop, a line about themselves and a link to their work. We read every application and approve it or decline it with a reason, which you read on the same page. Applying, you accept this agreement and the terms of service.

What you can sell

• Only your own work, or work you have every right to sell, including every font, picture and icon inside it.
• Nothing unlawful, nothing that infringes anybody's rights, and nothing harmful or misleading.
• A cover and a description that show what the buyer gets, and files that open and work as described.

Review and removal

Every product is reviewed before it goes on sale. We may send it back to you with a note, refuse it, or take a product off sale later, for instance if it breaks this agreement or a buyer reports a fault we cannot solve with you.

The rights you give Stokefy

Stokefy sells your products in its own name. You keep the ownership of your work, and you give Stokefy a non-exclusive, worldwide right to show your products, sell them, deliver them and grant buyers the license that comes with every purchase, and to use their covers and previews to promote Stokefy. A license a buyer has acquired stays theirs after you leave.

Your share of each sale

Stokefy keeps 30% of each sale, and you are paid the other 70%. The share is reckoned on the price the buyer paid, without VAT.

How you are paid

When and how you are paid, and the least amount we pay out: [to be confirmed].

Refunds

When a buyer is refunded under our refund policy, your share of that sale is not owed, or is taken from your next payout if it was already paid.

Taxes

You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn, and you give us the details the law asks of a marketplace about the people who sell on it.

Your promises

You promise that you have every right to sell what you upload, and that it breaks no law and nobody's rights. If somebody claims otherwise against Stokefy, you answer for that claim.

Leaving

You can stop selling whenever you like: write to support@stokefy.com and we take your products off sale. We may close a shop that breaks this agreement, and say why. What you are owed for sales already made is paid either way.

Changes and law

We tell you by email before a change to this agreement applies. It is governed by Italian law, like the terms of service.
