Terms of Service

The agreement between Stokefy and everybody who has an account, buys a product or sells one here.

Updated 19 October 2026

Who we are

Stokefy (stokefy.com) is a marketplace of digital resources: templates, UI kits, themes, icon sets, logo marks and wallpapers. Questions about an order or an account go to support@stokefy.com; anything else to hello@stokefy.com.

These terms apply to everybody who makes an account, buys a product or sells one on Stokefy. By making an account or placing an order you accept them.

Your account

An account needs your name and an email address, which we confirm with a link before the account opens. Keep your password to yourself: what is done from your account is yours. If you think somebody else has used it, change the password and write to support@stokefy.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and say why.

What you buy

Every product on Stokefy is a digital file, or a set of files in one download, described on its page with its pictures. Nothing is shipped. Stokefy sells every product in its own name, including the ones made by independent sellers, whose name is shown beside their products: your contract is with Stokefy, which answers to you for the order, the files and any refund.

You buy signed in to your account, or as a guest with your name and email address: the files land in the account of that address, which the receipt's link opens if you have not opened it yet. The contract is made when the payment goes through; right after, we send you a receipt by email with what you bought and the total.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product's page and in the cart.

You pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal on PayPal's own page. Stripe or PayPal receives your card or account details and keeps them: we never see or store them.

Delivery

A product is in your downloads, in your account, the moment its payment goes through. You can download it again whenever you like while your account is open.

Your right of withdrawal

A buyer who is a consumer in the European Union usually has fourteen days to change their mind. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when the supply begins, if you asked for it to begin at once and accepted that you lose the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). That is the box you tick at checkout, and the receipt confirms it in writing. Our refund policy says when you can still have your money back and how.

The license

Every purchase comes with one license: personal and commercial use by one person. The license agreement says what it allows. Buying a product gives you that license, not the files' ownership.

Reviews

Only somebody who holds a product can review it, once, and change the review whenever they like. A review shows at once, under the first name of your account, with the day it was written. Write about the product and keep it lawful and civil: we may hide a review that is not.

Selling on Stokefy

Anybody with an account can apply to sell. Selling is governed by the seller agreement as well as these terms.

If something is wrong

If a file does not open, is incomplete, or is not what its page described, write to support@stokefy.com: we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you, as the Digital Content Directive (2019/770) provides. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Our liability

We answer for the products we sell as the law requires. We are not liable for losses we could not foresee, or for how a file is used once downloaded. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and an order is governed by the terms in force the day it was placed. A change that affects your account is announced by email before it applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you buy as a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, and if you live elsewhere in the European Union you keep every protection its law gives you.
