Refund Policy
When you can have your money back for a product bought on Stokefy, and how to ask for it.
Before you download
If you buy as a consumer and have not yet downloaded anything from an order, you can withdraw from it within fourteen days of buying, without giving a reason. We refund the whole order and its products leave your downloads.
After you download
At checkout you asked for the files at once and accepted that downloading them ends your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Once you have downloaded a product, it cannot be returned, so it is not refunded because you changed your mind.
Files that do not work
If a file does not open, is incomplete, or is not what its page described, write to us. We fix it, or send you the right file, and if we cannot, we refund you, whether or not you have downloaded it.
How to ask
Write to support@stokefy.com from the address of your account, with the order's number, which is in your receipt, and what went wrong if something did.
When the money arrives
We refund within fourteen days of your request, by the same means you paid: to your card through Stripe, or to your PayPal account. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
